How can I book?

You can book online (preferred),  over the phone, or in person as a walk-in.  If you choose to book as walk-in, there might be limited availability so its best to book in advance.

What is the minimum amount of people that can play?

For Inventor's Workshop, you can play with 2 people.

Can we book private bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  All bookings are for the entire room and are considered private unless the booker gives permission to add people.

Question 4

What is the minimum age to play?

We recommend a minimum age of at least 10 years old so they can enjoy the experience but all ages are welcome as long as there is a parent/guardian inside the room to play.  Players under 14 must have at least one paid parent/guardian inside the room to play. Guardian must be 16 years or older.

Am I actually locked in the escape room?

No, none of our escape room doors or entry doors are actually locked, and you are welcome to leave at any time through the entry door.

Question 6

Can I use my cell phone in the escape room? Can I take pictures in the rooms?

You can take your phone into the room, but you will not need it to solve any clues. We do not allow any pictures or videos taken inside our rooms, we don’t want to spoil the experience for the next players!

Can we get a refund if I book but have to cancel?

We do not offer refunds. However, you may reschedule your game within a 48-hour time period. Please ensure you check your calendar carefully before making a reservation to avoid any issues. All sales are final, and if you wish to reschedule, your entire group must do so together.

What happens if we are late?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your game. If you arrive after the start time and are the only ones booked in the room, you will be able to play the remainder of the time booked. If there are other players, you will not be able to join once they have started.

What happens if we get stuck and cannot figure out the puzzle?

There will be a game master dedicated to making sure you have a fun experience. We offer a set of clues when needed to help if you get stuck.

Is the game physical? What should we wear?

Our games are challenges of the mind and do not require physical activity. You do not have to wear any specific clothing; anything that is comfortable for you is fine.

Are your games ADA compliant?

Yes, all of our escape rooms are ADA-compliant.

How long is the experience?

Accepted Answer

Our games are 60 minutes long, but plan to be here for 90 minutes. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out waivers and hear our rules. After the time is up, we’ll recap your game and explain what you have missed if you do not complete your mission. We also love to get a photo of your team!
